VINHO REGIONAL ALENTEJANO
ALFROUCHEIRO AND SYRAH
This wine was obtained from the Alfroucheiro (70%) and Syrah (30%) varieties. It was made using classic fermentation without skins at controlled temperature with selected yeast. It is a beautiful, bright pink and boasts a very fruity aroma (notes of strawberry and raspberries). This wine´s flavour is compatible with its aroma. It has good structure and complexity and is lively, fresh and elegant. Smooth and very persistent finish.
