CELLAR

The winery has administrative facilities, laboratory and industrial zone.

The lab, which is large and bright, is endowed with the necessary equipment to do the basic analysis routine (alcoholic, volatile acidity, sulfur dioxide, pH ...)

The area has all the winemaking equipment in stainless steel (grain tank, vat, cold, filter ...) and is provided with a bottling line which runs at an average cadence of 1500 bottles / hour.
